How long do Sotiris Petalas Jewels deliveries take?
ANSWER
We offer a Free delivery on purchases via our online shop. Postage on purchases within is Non-EU countries do not pay VAT, so for orders placed outside of the EU, this amount will be deducted from the purchase price at check-out. All orders will be assigned a delivery tracking number so you will be able to follow your purchase every step of the way, after it has been carefully packaged and dispatched by us. During busy periods the delivery times might increase slightly so please do bear with us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Sotirispetalas.com we are happy to offer you an exchange or a refund. Please return your item within 28 days of receiving your order. Pieces must be returned unworn, unused, in the original packaging, with your original proof of purchase and order number. What is the warranty on your products and how can I get a repair?
ANSWER
Our products are covered by a one-year manufacturing guarantee. All of our jewellery is made by the highest possible standard; however if you do happen to experience any fault with your piece of jewellery please do not hesitate to email us on info@sotirispetalas.com. We have a dedicated repair workshop and will do our best to get your beloved piece of jewellery looking as good as new. All items that have been repaired will be posted to you free of charge. Please attach the original proof of purchase and address the item to:

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

We ship directly from our boutique during our opening hours from Monday to Friday.
Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a bank holiday will be processed the following working day.
